Scope of Work: Wrote and produced the 58-page programming report; developed the concept design and selected all the materials; attended all meetings with The City project team; reviewed the project accounting and billing; led the team on design development; presented to multiple groups, including an open house for the Roads department; prepared all visuals and reports; coordinated consultants; produced the specifications; produced the working drawing interior elevations in Revit; led the working drawing production team; model and renderings by myself.
